1. Access

Access the hotel list from the main page or the book hotel page.

2. Hotel Selection

Under the ‘Hotel List in Langkawi’, you will be able to access the hotel information such as the map, rate and star rating. Click on the hotel of your choice, you will be able to see the details information of the selected hotel such as the general information, how to get there, room information, facilities, food and beverage, local area, hotel rates, location map as well as the photo gallery.

3. Check Availability

If you're satisfied with the selected hotel, click on the icon of ‘Check Availability’ under the ‘Hotel List in Langkawi’, or the link ‘Check Availability’ at the bottom of the page of selected hotel. Reservation window will popup, choose your Arrival Date and Departure Date, then click on ‘Check Availability / Book Now’.

4. Availability Info

After clicking on the button of ‘Check Availability / Book Now’ for the selected hotel, the availability information will be displayed to show you whether the accommodation is available or not. Click on the button 'Book Now' for the type of room you need. This will bring the Room Reservation Form. If the accommodation is not available please go to the next step, otherwise just skip it. 5. Accommodation N/A If the accommodation is not available you may however proceed by making the ‘Reservation Request’. Please fill the form with your personal details. You can send request with credit card details or send request without credit card details. Your request will be processed and our reservation staff will get back to you within 24 hours.

6. Make Booking

On the reservation form, select the number of rooms required, and number of occupants per room. To confirm & finish reservation, click on the button of ‘Continue Reservation’.

7. Personal Details / Payment

Please fill the form with your personal details. You will be presented with choices of ways to send your credit card details. Please follow the on screen instructions.

8. Payment Mode

If you are living outside of Malaysia, you can make payment to confirm the reservation either by submitting your credit card details online, or by Fax. If you are living in Malaysia, you can confirm by submiting your credit card details online or by fax or by bank transfer. Our payment policy will be on full payment / pre-payment. All details entered are encrypted and submitted through a secure server.

9. Completion of Reservation

If you are confirm online you will be receiving the confirmation slip via email and please print the confirmation slip and bring it along for checking in. However if your are on "Request Status", we will email your confirmation slip once we are able to confirm your reservation.

10. Cancellation Policy

You can check the cancellation policy by clicking here, or you can also click on the link of 'Cancellation Policy' from the left menu under 'Site Guide' or click on the link of 'Cancellation Policy' on the reservation form.
