We have once again helped our client to recover the "long lost" domain name. The client signup with some kind of DIY web builder program before, therefore the domain name is came together with that signup account. The story goes like this "When the client approach to us, the account already expired, and he already forgot which program he signup before, no account login password or url, and also there is no domain login detail, worst more the domain will be expired in 10 days. The only thing that still working is the domain registrar email that still accessible. So based on the residual info we start to work thing out and finally the domain successfully transfer in a week."

It is the quality of the server and the professionally and excellent in customer support that drive the customer to our company by transferring their domain to us, but not any other trick.

Recently we have successfully transferred another domain to our company; this is a long and toughest domain transfer task that we have ever come across with. Total of 40 emails has been corresponded for this task, took about 5 days, and 5 parties has been involved with the process. Usually domain transfer only takes 2-3 days and less than 10 emails will be corresponded, but for this case it's a little bit tricky, please see below to give you better picture:

Request domain info from customer > Customer provide domain info > We test the domain login, not success > Request again the domain info from customer, customer was unable to provide more info > We try to retrieve the domain user id based on the residual domain info, after huge amount of attempting, user id found > Send domain user forgot password request to main domain provider > Retrieve the domain login info > Found the domain status was "Registrar Locked" Send request to its previous domain reseller to ask for unlocked and transfer > Previous domain reseller unlocked it, but still in protected mode > Send request to its previous domain reseller to ask for un-protected, done > Send transfer request to main domain provider > Main domain provider send transfer authorization email > Process stop because the status of authorization not clear > Re-conduct the authorization, done > Main domain provider send transfer authorization email to its previous domain reseller, done > We perform some finalizing work, completed.

Due to customer demands and the potential to increase the customer services we have launched the "Customer Upload" section. It has become a problem for the customer to send the large attachment by email, the attachment such as their website content and photos that they wish to include on their website, due to the limitations of attachment size for some email service provider, they cant sent out the attachment or bounced back by mail server. We realized the difficulty and that's the reason why we provide this tool for customer to ease their task and to make the progress smoother.
