| A. | Yes you can have the other domain extension. But the RM800 is only available the domain of .com, .net and .org, so if you want the other domain extension, the price will be different, example (RM800 - RM40) + RM160 = RM920. Cause RM40 is the price of .com, .net and .org and the price of .cc is RM160. |

| Q. | Yes you can. If you want to have .com.my (or any other domain extension) you just have to add the price accordingly. Since the .com.my domain name is RM100, so you will have to pay additionally RM60 because the domain price that included in the package is RM40 for the domain of .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info only. |
| Q. | I came to understand your RM800 Web Design is only available for the Standard Plan (1000MB space and 1000MB email), what if I want to have the larger space? |
| A. | Yes you can have any available plans . Example you want the 1350MB space 1350MB email as in Silver Plan, then the price is different, example (RM800 - RM280) + RM440 = RM960. Cause RM280 is the price of Standard Plan and the price of Silver Plan is RM440. Only registered company in Malaysia can register for the .com.my domain. For more info please click here. |

| Q. | After the website is completed, to update my website is through you or me? Does I own the website and have the right to modify the web? |
| A. | After we submitted you the final product, you can do anything with it. We will help to upload/setup the final product (website) to your server or you can do it by yourself. We will give you the website source code, images, flash source code, domain and hosting info, and anything that is possible for you to edit/update the website and manage its domain and hosting. You have the absolute right to do anything after the website is completed. |
| Q. | I want to buy your RM800 Web Design package to revamp/redesign my existing website, can I do that and what is the cost? |
| A. | Yes you can. If you already have the website that means you already have domain and hosting, so the cost is only RM500. You will have all the features as offered by RM800 Web Design package. Usually we can provide 6-10 pages design for this RM800 Web Design package, for example your existing website contained 20 pages, so the estimated cost would be (20 Pages-6 Pages) x RM10 + RM500. Because the package only provide 6 pages design, and extra page cost RM10 each, so if you have 20 pages, the redesigning project cost RM640 as calculated above. We always give bonus to our customer, so let us define the job scope and we will give you the best offer. |

I like your RM800 Web Design package because it seems highly flexible and cheaper, but my website is going to be many pages with other features such web applications and etc, now the problem is, if I buy your RM800 Web Design package, can I get the product that I want? And if I buy your Custom Web Design, will it be costly? |

For example, if you want all the features offer by the package WITH addon application such as forum and news section, then just choose RM800 Web Design package, because you just pay RM100-RM200 for addon application and your basic pages will be calculated based on the cost of RM800 Web Design package. If you want to develop a higher website such as portal, e-commerce and those website that required many programming and consist lot of databases and dynamic website, then choose our Custom Web Design. |
| Q. | How do I submit the content or photo for you to use in my website? |
| A. | You can submit it to our email support@1stopweb800.com or you can tell us where to download / retrieve it, or you can use the "Customer Upload" tool to upload all your stuff. |
| Q. | Will I receive a backup CD or whatever thing that store the web? |
| A. | Yes. But since our service is already very competitive, therefore additional backup CD will cost RM10 (CD-R and nation wide shipping) |
| Q. | What is the update or maintenance fee? |
| A. | Minor update and maintenance is absolutely free for 1 month after final product released. After 1 month if you want to update the site, the cost is only RM10-RM50 for minor work. Minor work is for example add content, add picture, change of color and etc. If it is too minor then it will be free. Normally update and maintenance is free because this is not our business model to keep charging ongoingly. Major work is for example add new page, add new page design, add function and etc. For major update, your project will be once again put in project queue because we will consider it as new project. |
